While Viktória doesn't follow a strict eating plan she keeps two foods to a minimum. "I don't follow any diet, but I try to eat bread and red meat less," she told Grettel. "There is no compelling evidence that a gluten-free diet will improve health or prevent disease if you don't have celiac disease and can eat gluten without trouble. Of course, future research could change this. We may someday learn that at least some people without celiac disease or symptoms of intestinal disease are better off avoiding gluten," says Harvard Health.
Exercise is a big part of Viktória's stay-fit plan. "I work out 4-5 times a week, but it depends on my mood what class I choose. I like Power Plate and TRX, but I try out every other type of sport too – the important is to make me sweat! In summertime or during my vacation I try to be more active even if I don't go to gym," she told Grettel.
Viktória does a lot of glute work. "As I promised here are 3 simple glute/leg/core activation exercise that I love when I'm short on time or when the gym machines i want are already being used by someone else," she captioned a recent post.
Viktória also enjoys hiking. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, says a Stanford University study.
Viktória loves breakfast. She shared this photo of herself enjoying several healthy breakfast foods. In the photo, there is a bowl of whole grain cereal, oatmeal, sliced bananas, an apple, and a glass of juice. She captioned the photo, "I get way too much happiness from good food. What do you eat for breakfast?"
